What is the difference between Paragliding and Hang Gliding?
There are lots of similarities in paragliding and hang gliding. The main difference is the way you are flying the glider. With paragliding you are in a sitting position and with hang gliding you are in a prone (facing down) position.

Never did the sport before, but we both felt we had a momentous time .... and what a magical view .... great feeling to be flying up with the birds .... feeling the power of the wind .... great choice to have the photo and video footage .... Proof to friends and family back home!
 
Would certainly recommend this for anyone looking for something more adventurous.
 
Maybe next time, the weather conditions will favour the paragliding option for me ....

                         Flew with you guy's last week, and thought that I'd tell you how much I enjoyed the flight.
 
At 55 years old I thought that I'd finally throw myself off something high ! and could not have chosen a better crew to do it with.
 
My (pilot) can't remember his name ( Turkish I think, great guy ) was fantastic, put me right at ease and made the whole experience so great.
 
Just watched the video files for the 50 th time !
 
I will be back in Feb / March next year, and will flying with you again - for sure ! Maybe I can talk my brother into it as well.
